Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Sales Specialist (Sales Application Specialist) to deliver high-level customer service and sales support to OEM accounts. You will learn customer selections, product features, options, and application needs, and prepare quotes for internal teams and customers.

You will collaborate with business units to meet annual sales targets and contribute to gross margin goals through the OEM channel.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant work experience in direct sales, outside sales, mechanical engineering, HVAC, or related fields.
• Excellent negotiation skills and financial acumen preferred.
• CRM software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer selections, product features, options, and application needs for Greenheck Group products.
• Collaborate with OEM Account Managers and customers to create accurate CAPS files and send product quotes.
• Provide training and customer service support, address problems and opportunities with innovative, cost-effective solutions.
• Assist OEM Account Manager with setting fiscal goals including sales and margin targets.
