Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in engineering
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering
- 6-9 years of relevant work experience in engineering
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical application support via phone and email for internal and external sales
- Develop solutions for unique applications including design and special pricing
- Gather information and resolve complex field problems
- May include travel for onsite support
- Maintain knowledge of industry codes and standards to determine product needs
- Develop and present trainings to internal and external customers onsite and offsite
- Build rapport across rep network and sales channel
