Greenheck Group is seeking an Application Engineer to provide advanced technical support for HVAC products, quote custom designs, and influence the product roadmap. You will build strong relationships across the rep network and sales channel while developing application training for customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, design solution development, and occasional travel to support onsite projects and offsite events within a leading global HVAC manufacturer.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant engineering experience required.
• 2-year associate degree in engineering or equivalent years of job experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical application support via phone and e-mail to internal and external salespeople in areas of product selection and application.
• Develop and communicate solutions for unique applications including design and special pricing.
• Build rapport across rep network and sales channel; travel for onsite support may be required.
• Maintain knowledge of industry codes and standards to determine product needs and requirements.
