Job summary

Citi is seeking an Applications Support Senior Analyst in Irving, TX to provide expert technical and business support for Citi applications. You will help maintain production systems, monitor environments, manage issue risk, and contribute to stabilizing complex data platforms used across Citi Private Bank and other segments.

You will utilize tools like Autosys/CONTROL-M, Hadoop ecosystem, and ticketing systems, collaborating with multiple teams to deliver reliable services and effective problem

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of strong Application production support experience in the financial industry.
• Experience using call/ticketing software.
• Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn.
• Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization.
• Effective written and verbal communications with non-IT staff.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Issue tracking and reporting using tools.
• Knowledge/ experience of problem management tools.
• Good all-round technical skills.
• Ability to plan and organize workload.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and business support for Citi applications to ensure quick issue resolution and stability.
• Maintain and operate production systems running in daily Citi operations.
• Monitor environments, perform start-of-day checks and regional handovers.
• Manage risk reconciliations and assess production issues with timely escalation.
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation and tooling.
• Participate in application releases from development through production.
