Qualifications

• 3-5 years of strong Application production support experience in the financial industry.
• Experience with Hadoop/Big Data platforms and related components.
• Hands-on Linux experience.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with scheduling tools like Autosys or CONTROL-M.

Responsabilités

• Provides technical and business support for Citi Applications users.
• Fields issues and queries, coordinating with technology partners for remediation.
• Develop understanding of how apps support integrates to business goals.
• Acts as liaison between users/traders and internal technology groups and vendors.
• Participates in disaster recovery testing and application releases.
• Performs post-release checkouts and maintains technical support documentation.
• Assesses risks and security implications of applications.
• Supports projects focused on stability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
