Qualifications

• 3-5 years of strong Application production support experience in the financial industry.
• Familiarity with call/ticketing software and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of IT service management concepts and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and business support for Citi applications.
• Field issues from stakeholders and coordinate with tech partners for remediation.
• Understand how app support areas integrate to achieve business goals.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and application releases.
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
• Assess risk and engage with senior stakeholders as SME.
