Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and business support for Citi Applications, delivering quick resolutions and improving stability.
• Maintain and operate application systems in daily production.
• Manage and support applications and environments for stability, quality, and functionality.
• Conduct start-of-day checks and regional handovers; perform risk reconciliations.
• Participate in releases and post-implementation analysis; ensure SLA adherence.
