Qualifications

• 6-8 years of strong Application production support experience in the financial industry.
• Experience using call/ticketing software.
• Knowledge/ working experience of Autosys/scheduler.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop and related components.
• Strong SQL knowledge and Unix/Linux skills.
• Proficient in Python or Perl.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical and business support for Citi applications, resolving issues quickly and improving stability.
• Maintain production systems and ensure service levels.
• Perform start-of-day checks, monitoring, and regional handover.
• Participate in application releases and post-implementation analysis.
• Liaise between users, traders and internal technology teams.
• Assess risk and communicate impact to management.
