Job summary

The Timberline Group seeks an Application Support Analyst to partner with business units and provide hands-on management of several applications. You will oversee operations, support, and new technology integrations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, configuring interfaces, translating business needs into technical specs, testing changes, and creating user guides. 5–7 years in app support with SQL experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technology related field required.
• 5-7 years of experience in an application support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Experience with legal applications or processes a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting of user issues for Legal application involving external resources.
• Lead enhancements on Legal applications ranging from out of the box to custom developed in an evolving and growing environment.
• Complete configuration and customization activities to meet business requirements, including basic maintenance of imports and integrations between products.
• Analyze, extract and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Effectively test changes and enhancements to deliver the best possible solution.
• Accurately document requirements and solutions for development resources.
• Identify root causes and recommend permanent solutions.
• Create training guides and documentation for a wide range of audiences.
• Conduct trainings (classroom, 1 on 1, webinar, recorded) for end users.
• Identify break/fix incidents versus enhancements and coordinate with cross functional teams.
