Job summary
Ogletree Deakins is seeking an Applications Analyst to support the full life cycle of firm enterprise systems, including document management, financials, and CRM. You will install, configure, upgrade, patch, monitor, and maintain applications; troubleshoot issues; define standards; and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience with cloud-hosted enterprise applications.
- Experience with Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Management Studio (SSMS).
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/CT/MIS or equivalent experience required.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and identify root causes.
- Train new IT staff and provide expert guidance to peers.
- Define support standards and document related processes.
- Evaluate enhancements and data integration opportunities.
- Assist with cloud migration feasibility and project coordination.
