Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking an Applications Engineer to implement, administer, and support enterprise applications across the firm.

You will ensure reliability, security, and lifecycle management, acting as the technical owner and driving automation to improve performance and user experience. You will work with NetDocuments, Litera, Intapp, and Microsoft 365 add-ins, collaborating with Information Security and IT teams on deployments, upgrades, and integrations while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience installing, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrading, and patching enterprise apps.
• Experience with SaaS and cloud-based enterprise apps.
• Experience with identity and authentication technologies (SSO, SAML, OAuth, Entra ID/Azure AD, MFA).
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, or integration technologies.
• Experience designing highly available applications (load balancing, failover, DR).
• Strong understanding of application security (RBAC, least privilege, vulnerability remediation).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner for assigned enterprise and legal apps.
• Configure, administer, maintain, and support enterprise applications.
• Support SaaS and cloud-based platforms used by the firm.
• Plan, test, deploy, and support implementations and integrations.
• Develop automation to streamline admin, deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Monitor availability, performance, capacity, and integrations; resolve issues proactively.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate with teams/vendors to resolve incidents.
• Collaborate with Information Security to enforce security controls.
• Maintain runbooks, docs, and configuration standards.
• Engage with vendors and internal teams for roadmap discussions.
