Job summary

Wilson Elser is seeking a Senior Manager of Application Support to serve as a strategic partner to the IT leadership, guiding the end‑to‑end lifecycle of critical legal applications. You will oversee incident management, governance, and service delivery across Intapp, iManage, Box, and more, while driving continuous improvement and data‑driven decisions.

You will lead a team of supervisors and analysts in a hybrid/modern IT environment, shaping onboarding for lateral hires and ensuring ISO 27001

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or managing critical practice‑of‑law platforms.
• Background managing hybrid, cloud‑based, and legacy/on‑premises systems.
• Familiarity with document automation and low‑code workflow platforms.
• Proficient in legal‑industry best practices and data governance frameworks.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated servant‑leadership mindset in transformativ,e environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily application support and incident management for core legal tech products.
• Coach and develop supervisors and analysts through servant leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on fixes, releases, integrations, patches.
• Monitor usage and service metrics; identify friction points and improvements.
• Partner with Security and Risk to maintain compliance and data privacy.
• Support cloud‑first strategy, resilience, and system continuity.
