BECU is seeking a Sr. Manager, Technology – API Platform to lead the API strategy, deliver enterprise APIs, and guide platform capabilities across channels. You will develop roadmaps, manage engineering teams, and drive agile practices while enabling innovative solutions and governance.

The role requires a strong background in API-driven architectures, cloud-native delivery, and ERP/financial product experience. Remote or onsite options are available for qualified locations in the U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience with API-driven architectures.
• 3+ years of people leadership / technology teams.
• Experience with ERP and/or financial product domains is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery and execution for API platform outcomes and guardrails.
• Align tech with business goals; build roadmaps and business cases.
• Identify innovative tools; lead charters and business cases.
• Coach teams; foster high-performing engineering culture.
• Build teams focused on quality, agility, and modern practices.
• Lead delivery across scalable, secure APIs in .NET on Azure.
