Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience designing APIs at enterprise scale.
• 5+ years in API security including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, mTLS, rate limiting.
• 5+ years with API gateway products (e.g., Apigee, Kong, Azure APIM).

Responsibilities

• Define standards for REST, GraphQL, event-driven, and MCP interfaces across the enterprise.
• Own API lifecycle from specification and contract-first design through versioning, deprecation, and retirement.
• Architect systems for delivering APIs to multi-environment targets including public cloud and on-premises gateways.
• Lead AI-powered developer experience and MCP server design across CVS platform.
