The role demands strong leadership, deep technical depth, and the ability to bridge business goals with technology strategy across product, platform, and development teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software industry.
• 7+ years leading enterprise-scale architecture initiatives.
• 7+ years with Java, Python, Node.js, Angular, and ReactJS.
• 7+ years with relational and NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• 5+ years designing cloud-native microservices and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on implementation of reference architecture solutions with best-in-class UX.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, lead POC initiatives, and develop architectural recommendations.
• Develop well-engineered, flexible, resilient solutions that balance tactical and strategic needs.
• Author white papers, guides, and documentation to explain architectural direction.
• Mentor architects and engineers across levels and functions.
• Champion user-centric design with privacy and security embedded in solutions.
