Job summary

CLK Multifamily Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team at our apartment community. This role requires hands-on expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry, along with strong leadership to ensure resident satisfaction.

You will supervise daily maintenance operations, manage unit turnovers, and coordinate with management to prioritize tasks. Proficiency with maintenance software and a focus on safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience in property maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry.
• Proficient with MS Office and maintenance software.
• Ability to plan maintenance schedules and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations.
• Perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Manage unit turnovers and ensure timely completion.
• Track work orders and maintenance logs using software.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and costs.
