The ideal candidate has HVAC certification, 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, and strong planning and supervisory skills. Position is on-site with benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Ability to plan preventative maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day maintenance operations for the apartment community.
• Evaluates reports and assigns repairs to the maintenance team.
• Performs preventative maintenance assessments and ensures timely completion.
• Maintains procedures, schedules, inventories and make ready units.
• Creates safe, motivated culture within maintenance and office teams.
