Job summary

CLK Multifamily Management LLC in Greensboro seeks a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at an apartment community. You will perform repairs, service requests, and make-ready work daily while coordinating with the Property Manager.

You will supervise daily maintenance operations, plan tasks, review work orders, manage turnovers, and ensure safety and compliance. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance work is essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred; universal preferred.
• Two or more years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Ability to plan preventative maintenance and document work performed.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations.
• Complete work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance with the team.
• Prioritize tasks with the Property Manager and review maintenance reports.
• Manage unit turnovers and keep accurate maintenance logs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and participate in on-call rotation.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
