Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead core AP and payment operations with exposure to treasury management and enterprise banking systems. You will drive automation, partner with FP&A and Procurement, and oversee multi-entity payment workflows.

The role focuses on strategic AP leadership, offshore/shared-services supervision, and implementing scalable processes to improve working capital and controls across the organization.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive AP/Finance Ops experience with 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience in multi-entity payment environments and strong internal controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.

Responsabilidades

• Direct end-to-end multi-entity AP workflows and month-end close.
• Lead offshore shared-services teams and optimize working capital via AP analytics.
• Oversee core procurement and payment software; drive full automation.
• Manage daily banking operations, security entitlements, and fraud prevention.
• Deliver AP performance reporting and develop SOPs; mentor the team.
