Job summary

Verition Fund Management LLC is seeking aSenior Accounts Payable Leader to manage and develop the global AP team, oversee domestic and international invoice processing, and drive automation across our procurement, expense management, and card programs. You will partner with FP&A and Corporate Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and strong controls.

Qualifications

7–10 years in Accounts Payable or corporate accounting, with 3+ years in a management role.
Hedge fund or financial services experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience managing multi-entity, global AP operations.
Proven record of AP process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and mentor the global Accounts Payable team, including Senior AP Specialist and AP Analysts.
Oversee day-to-day AP functions for domestic and international entities with timely processing and control.
Review invoices, ensure accurate GL coding, allocations, and policy compliance.
Manage procurement, vendor onboarding, expense reimbursement (Concur), and corporate card programs.
Drive AP technology, workflow automation, and payment modernization initiatives.
Coordinate monthly expense allocations and close with FP&A and Corporate Accounting.
