Job summary

Accounting Now in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior AP Analyst / Senior AP Accountant to own full-cycle accounts payable in a high-volume environment. This is an individual contributor role with no direct leadership responsibilities.

You will manage invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payments across multiple locations and cost centers, perform reconciliations, support month-end close, and partner with department heads and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive Accounts Payable experience.
• High-volume AP experience.
• Strong vendor management and communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
