Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel for financial tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume 2-way, 3-way match and non-PO vendor invoices with proper coding and approvals.
• Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs (ACH, wire, check).
• Review and reconcile vendor statements; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support month-end close with AP accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Oversee expense reports and provide guidance to AP staff.
• Assist audits with documentation and explanations; support continuous improvement.
