Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, within a law firm or legal services industry.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with vendor invoices, payments, and AP reconciliations.

Aufgaben

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle AP, processing 20–50+ invoices and payment requests per day.
• Review invoices and supporting docs for accuracy, coding, approvals, and compliance.
• Prepare and process vendor payments, check requests, and other AP transactions.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor inquiries.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve outstanding balances.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including AP reconciliations and accruals.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, and internal teams to address AP issues and improve processes.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and improve AP efficiency.
• Serve as a resource to junior AP team members on complex transactions.
