Job summary

The role handles high-volume, full-cycle AP activities, including invoice processing, payments, vendor reconciliations, and month-end close, offering ownership and growth in a collaborative finance team.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of AP experience in a law firm or professional services setting, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Aderant.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience in a law firm or legal services environment.
• Strong AP fundamentals and attention to detail with ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable, processing 20-50+ invoices daily.
• Review invoices for accuracy, proper coding, approvals, and compliance.
• Prepare and process vendor payments, check requests, and AP transactions.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Assist with month-end close and AP reconciliations.
