Job summary

PAG Holding, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage high-volume payment processing and vendor communications. The role involves ensuring accurate payments, timeliness, and strong documentation.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of AP experience, solid Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems. This on-site position may require occasional travel and adherence to internal controls.

Qualifications

• Accounting or finance education preferred; relevant AP experience may substitute.
• 4–5 years of accounts-payable or payment-processing experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience with banking portals, payment batches, remittances, ERP/accounting systems, and advanced Excel functions.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payment batches, files, and portal payments.
• Verify dates, amounts, bank details, approvals, and information before processing.
• Create and distribute payment remittances to vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Review payment files, batch reports, invoices, vendor records, and supporting docs.
• Identify and resolve missing information, incorrect amounts, and payment exceptions.
• Research rejected or delayed payments and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Respond to vendor inquiries about invoices and payment status.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and maintenance per procedures.
• Maintain payment records, batch docs, confirmations, and AP docs.
• Prepare payment-status reports and assist with AP reconciliations.
• Use Excel to sort, filter, reconcile, analyze AP data.
• Assist with invoice records and daily AP inquiries.
• Work with AP Supervisor and AP Manager on exceptions and process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Follow company policies and payment-approval procedures.
• Perform other duties to support Accounting and Finance.
