Qualifications

• 5+ years accounts payable experience, preferably multi-entity or decentralized.
• Experience with ERP implementations, migrations, upgrades, or stabilization projects.
• Experience in organizations with centralized or transitioning back-office accounting functions.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle AP and three-way matching in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle including processing, coding, approvals, payment preparation and reconciliation.
• Handle high volume of invoices with accuracy, timeliness and internal controls.
• Perform three-way matching of POs, receipts and invoices and investigate discrepancies.
• Support AP across multiple entities/locations and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues at the source.
• Assist with onboarding, maintenance, and relationship management with vendors; optimize invoice capture and automated workflows.
