Servco Pacific Inc. is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day AP operations across multiple entities in the United States.

This senior individual contributor role works with the AP Supervisor, driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and strong internal controls to ensure accurate, timely payments. The position requires 3–5 years of progressive AP experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, and proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive Accounts Payable or accounting in a multi-entity environment.
• Experience with system enhancements, automation initiatives, or process changes preferred.
• Industry experience in retail, manufacturing, or automotive preferred.
• Strong understanding of AP operations, procure-to-pay workflows, GAAP, and internal controls.
• Experience using ERP systems (Oracle Financial Cloud preferred) and supporting automation or AI-enabled tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day guidance to Accounts Payable team members and distributed support resources to ensure policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.
• Escalate complex AP matters and assist with cross-functional questions, system issues, and payment exceptions.
• Resolve issues when possible and elevate others to the AP Supervisor when needed.
• Support AP compliance and internal controls, including vendor tax reporting obligations, by reviewing transactions and maintaining documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to strengthen processes and controls.
• Perform established ACH and wire payment setup, maintenance, and verification with proper validations and logging.
• Collaborate with AP Supervisor to prepare KPI reporting and dashboards and support AP process improvements.
• Explore opportunities to improve AP processes through standardization, automation, and technology-enabled solutions.
