Job summary

Nuna is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to lead daily AP operations, manage vendor onboarding, and ensure timely, accurate payments. You will drive internal controls, implement scalable workflows, and partner with Finance, IT, and Procurement.

The role emphasizes process optimization, system enhancements, and mentoring AP teammates to support company growth and maintain compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of Accounts Payable experience with vendor governance and maintenance.
• Experience leading or participating in workflow automation projects and UAT activities preferred.
• Understanding of change management, process design, and internal controls.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process invoices and expense reports.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and reconcile statements.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain AP process documentation and SOPs.
• Lead AP system configurations and workflow improvements.
• Mentor AP staff and cross-functional partners in best practices.
