Job summary

EVgo seeks a Sr. Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead complex AP, vendor relations, and audit/compliance activities. The role leverages GAAP expertise, internal controls, and ERP systems to drive improvements across the AP cycle and support month-end close.

You will collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations to assure accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance, with strong Excel, NetSuite, and Coupa experience as a core requirement.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience supporting internal or external audits in a public company or SOX environment.
• Exposure to process improvement initiatives or AP system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable activities including invoice processing, coding review, approval routing, and payment run execution.
• Monitor AP aging reports and proactively manage outstanding payables to reduce aging risk.
• Lead AP month-end close activities including accrual preparation, GL reconciliation, and cut-off verification.
• Develop and maintain AP reporting on aging analysis and payment metrics; support audits and SOX compliance.
