Qualifications

• 2+ years of Senior or lead-level accounts payable experience.
• 2+ years in construction-specific accounts payable with lien waivers.
• 2+ years of intermediate Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payment disbursements with high accuracy, verifying PO, vendor info, taxes, discounts, and coding.
• Review subcontractor invoices against POs and contracts, validating costs, retainage, and payment terms.
• Manage the full lien waiver and lien release process, including documentation collection.
• Serve as the primary contact for lien waiver administration and issue resolution.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding balances and discrepancies.
• Research and resolve complex payment delays by tracing invoices and approvals.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Purchasing and Accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize document management/workflow systems to route invoices for review and approval.
