Responsibilities

Process a high volume of vendor invoices, credits, and AP transactions accurately and on time.
Match invoices with POs, receiving records, and supporting documents.
Resolve pricing, quantity, freight, and documentation discrepancies before payment.
Collaborate with internal departments to obtain missing information and keep transactions moving.
Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, credits, and payment status.
Reconcile vendor statements and research outstanding items.
Assist with AP month-end closing and weekly payments.
