Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong Oracle EBS 11/12 knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills with data collection and research.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Experience with full cycle AP, coding invoices, preparing checks, and wires.
• Experience with vendor setup, maintenance, and inquiries.
• Automation experience and familiarity with Tableau, MDM, or similar technologies.
• Ability to work independently and lead AP workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end AP processing and vendor communications.
• Set up new vendors and maintain vendor master data.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Lead AP workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced project environment.
