Job summary

Faith Technologies, a leader in construction, engineering, manufacturing and renewable energy, seeks a Senior Manager of Accounts Payable to drive strategic direction and scalable AP operations. You will partner with the Corporate Controller and AP Manager to implement policies, controls, and automation while overseeing vendor management and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred.
• 10+ years in progressive Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay experience with 5+ years in AP leadership.
• Willingness to travel 5-10%.
• Flexible work schedule between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight of AP in partnership with leadership.
• Establish policies, procedures, controls and performance expectations.
• Lead AP Manager on day-to-day operations and escalate complex matters.
• Monitor AP performance metrics, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead AP process automation, ERP system implementations and integrations.
• Ensure strong controls over vendor setup, payments and fraud prevention.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, master data and payment controls.
• Support accurate financial reporting and month-end close.
• Coach and develop the AP team and promote cross-training.
