Latitude is seeking an Antitrust/Competition Litigation Attorney to assist a global, publicly traded client. This is a 12-month remote contract engagement with potential extension, and preference for candidates located in Redmond, WA.

The role requires senior-level antitrust experience and a track record of handling government investigations. Ideal candidates have at least 10 years of complex antitrust litigation, including monopolization, price-fixing, and class actions, plus familiarity with

Qualifications

• At least 10 years handling complex antitrust/competition litigation and related investigations.
• Ability to independently manage litigation and investigations while coordinating with in-house counsel.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, subpoenas, and multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Familiarity with eDiscovery and AI-assisted investigation tools is a plus.
• JD or equivalent law degree and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
