Key Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of complex antitrust and competition litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on major class action cases involving price-fixing, monopolization, and unfair competition.
• Analyze economic and market data to identify anticompetitive practices and support the development of cases.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 3–8 years of experience in antitrust, complex litigation, or class actions.

Salary and Other Compensation
