Qualifications

• 7+ years of law firm or government agency experience.
• Strong antitrust litigation and/or investigations experience.
• Experience with civil antitrust matters.
• Clerkship or judicial internship experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex civil antitrust litigation
• Work on both plaintiff and defense-side antitrust matters
• Take significant responsibility for sophisticated government investigations
• Assist with merger and other antitrust agency investigations as required
• Develop litigation and investigative strategy alongside senior lawyers
• Draft substantive motions, briefs and other complex legal documents
• Manage significant case and investigative workstreams
• Work directly with clients on high-profile and business-critical matters
• Take a senior role in the development and supervision of matters
