Undisclosed is seeking a Senior Employment Litigation Attorney to lead consequential cases from intake through resolution, trial, or appeal. The role offers remote work from Seattle, WA, with a base compensation up to $400,000 plus bonus, commensurate with experience and leadership results.

You will guide wage-and-hour class actions and single-plaintiff matters, shape strategy, develop talent, and collaborate with a strong litigation team to build a formidable regional practice.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience with wage-and-hour class or collective actions and single-plaintiff matters.
• Strong command of discovery, motion practice, depositions, and mediation.

Responsibilities

• Lead wage-and-hour class actions and FLSA collective actions.
• Manage single-plaintiff discrimination, retaliation, harassment, accommodation, and wrongful-termination matters.
• Oversee case strategy, certifications, discovery, damages, and settlements.
