Job summary

Epiq Counsel seeks an Antitrust/Competition Litigation Counsel to support a global technology client on an active antitrust docket. This secondment offers an opportunity to operate independently in a sophisticated, high-stakes environment, handling complex matters and related government investigations.

The role is full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, duration 12–18 months, starting October 2026. Work is fully remote for US-based counsel, with Pacific time hours preferred, and close

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent qualifying law degree.
• Admission in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction.
• At least 10 years of substantial experience handling complex antitrust/competition litigation and related government investigations.

Responsibilities

• Support complex antitrust/competition litigation matters, including monopolization, tying, price-fixing, and antitrust class actions.
• Support related government investigations involving the DOJ, FTC, and other competition authorities.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and subpoenas, and coordinate closely with outside counsel.
• Operate independently across multi-jurisdictional matters, including coordination with international competition authorities where relevant.
