Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD AT programs at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on systems engineering, defense program protection, and instructional development within a classified environment.

You will work with government and industry partners to develop training materials, assess tamper resistance, and contribute to program protection planning while maintaining high security clearances.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 12+ years of DoD engineering experience
• Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years of DoD engineering experience
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes, policy, and procedures in acquisition, manufacturing, fielding, sustainment, modernization and disposal of weapons systems
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory chips and determine reverse engineering methodologies
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for ATEA FPO education initiatives
• Create and update training materials with government and industry partners
• Instruct sponsored courses in a classified environment using various aids and briefings
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and technical oversight
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess whether acquired capabilities meet design requirements and specifications
• Identify CPI protection technologies and evaluate system design functions
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in system/subsystem/ component testing
• Conduct performance, supportability, scheduling and risk assessments and trade studies
• Author ad-hoc technical documentation to support enterprise policy modernization
