Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD initiatives at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on systems engineering, anti-tamper methods, and CPI protection across weapon system programs, with a requirement for TOP-SECRET clearance and SCI/SAP access eligibility.

You will engage in planning, design reviews, and cross‑functional collaboration to mature technologies for fielding, testing, and sustainment while mitigating developmental risk and cost growth.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years DoD/DoD contractor experience
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years DoD/contractor experience

Responsabilités

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes, policy, and procedures to acquisition, fielding, and sustainment of weapons systems
• Assess circuitry, processors, and memory for reverse engineering methodologies
• Provide engineering support including RFP development and oversite of ongoing projects
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess capabilities to meet system design requirements
• Develop plans to assess CPI security features of GOTS/COTS components
• Work with DoD AT Evaluation Teams to identify vulnerabilities
• Assist efforts to improve anti-tamper/exploitation design and sustainment
• Evaluate system test plans and conduct tests
• Conduct performance, supportability, schedule, and risk assessments and trade studies
