Job summary

Serco seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD programs at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will apply systems engineering processes for acquisition, fielding, and sustainment of weapon systems, focusing on anti-tamper methods and program protection.

The role includes developing education modules, delivering courses in classified environments, and guiding training material with government and industry partners. A TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access is required.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years DoD engineering experience
• Master’s Degree in engineering with 10+ years DoD engineering experience
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures to weapons systems life cycle
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory chips for reverse-engineering methodologies
• Develop engineering curriculum modules and outreach materials
• Collaborate with Government and industry to update training materials
• Instruct sponsored courses in a classified environment using diverse aids
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions, RFPs, and oversight
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Evaluate capabilities against design requirements and CPI protection goals
• Identify technologies to protect Critical Program Information
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing activities
• Conduct risk assessments and scheduling trade-off studies
• Support ICT initiatives and enterprise policy modernization; author technical docs
