Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to work on DoD programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role emphasizes systems engineering, anti-tamper methods, and education/outreach within a classified environment.

A TS/SCI with SAP eligibility and DoD contractor experience are required. You will apply DoD engineering processes, develop training materials, and oversee technical aspects of programs and RFPs while coordinating with Government and industry partners to ensure CPI protection

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP access and current background investigation within 5 years or under Continuous Vetting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years in a DoD/government engineering role
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years in a DoD/government engineering role
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes, policy, and procedures to weapon systems programs, focusing on program protection planning and anti-tamper methods
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory to determine reverse engineering methodologies for electronic systems
• Develop engineering curriculum modules and support FPO education and outreach
• Collaborate with Government and industry to develop and update training materials
• Instruct sponsored courses in classified environments for the Anti-Tamper community
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and project oversight
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess acquired capabilities against system requirements
• Identify technologies and evaluate anti-tamper protections for CPI
• Evaluate system tests and participate in system/subsystem testing
• Conduct performance, supportability, schedule, and risk assessments and trade studies
• Prepare ad-hoc technical documentation for policy compliance and mission support
