Job summary

Serco Inc. invites a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to join the Special Programs Division supporting the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

The role focuses on applying systems engineering processes and anti-tamper methods to weapon systems and CPI protection. The candidate will develop training materials, review proposals, and support technology acquisitions; requires active TS clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility and a strong DoD engineering

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with extensive DoD experience.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with substantial DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes and anti-tamper methods to weapon systems.
• Assess integrated circuitry, processors, and memory for reverse engineering considerations.
• Develop engineering curriculum modules and training materials for educational courses.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Provide engineering support for technology and product acquisitions, RFPs, and project oversight.
• Evaluate system test plans and conduct risk assessments and trade studies.
• Support program protection initiatives and CPI protection efforts.
