Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI and SAP access is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with substantial DoD experience; 12+ years preferred.
• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years DoD/contractor experience.
• 3+ years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes, policies, and procedures for acquisition, fielding, sustainment, modernization and disposal of weapons systems.
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory chips; determine reverse engineering methodologies for electronic systems.
• Develop curriculum modules and education/outreach materials for ATEA FPO.
• Collaborate with Government and industry partners to develop and update training materials.
• Instruct sponsored courses in a classified environment using various instructional aids and briefings.
• Provide engineering support for technology and product acquisitions, including RFP development and technical oversight.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Assess acquired capabilities against system design requirements and CPI protection goals.
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in system, subsystem, and component testing.
• Conduct risk assessments and scheduling trade-off studies.
• Produce ad-hoc technical documentation to ensure compliance and mission support.
