Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer specializing in systems engineering to support DoD programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires maintaining a TS/SCI-eligible clearance with SAP access and deep DoD program protection experience.

You will develop, assess, and implement anti-tamper solutions across weapon systems while coordinating with DoD teams and vendors. The position focuses on protecting CPI, evaluating components for tamper resistance, and guiding acquisition

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 12 years DoD/DoD contractor experience
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 10 years DoD experience

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures in acquisition, fielding, sustainment of weapons systems
• Assess integrated circuitry, processors, and memory for reverse engineering methodologies
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and technical oversight
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Identify CPI protection requirements and improve anti-tamper features
• Develop plans to assess security features of GOTS/COTS components for CPI vulnerability
• Collaborate with DoD Anti-Tamper Evaluation Teams on current designs and vulnerabilities
• Assist efforts to improve anti-tamper/anti-exploitation design, development, and sustainment
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing of subsystems and components
• Conduct performance, supportability, schedule, and risk assessments and trade studies
