Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Senior Analytics & Reporting Analyst on the Medicare Stars Reporting team to develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytical solutions that support Stars performance across HCSC contracts. The role uses data from multiple sources to deliver insights and monitor performance against Stars measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 2 years of data analysis and reporting experience OR 4 years of data analysis experience.
• Analyze solutions using standard procedures to solve routine problems.
• Produce data sets and reports using SQL, Excel or other reporting tools.
• Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights.
• Knowledge of SQL, SAS and/or Teradata or similar reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical tools.
• Conduct performance analyses, forecasting, trend identification and root-cause investigations.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency of reporting methodologies and data sources.
