The Senior Analytics & Reporting Analyst on the Medicare Stars Reporting team at Health Care Service Corporation will develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytical solutions supporting Stars performance across contracts. You will leverage data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights, monitor measures, and support initiatives to improve quality outcomes and member experience.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years of data analysis and reporting experience.
• Experience producing data sets and reports for analysis using SQL, Excel, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, SAS and/or Teradata or other reporting tools/languages.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytical solutions for Medicare Stars performance across contracts.
• Design and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards using Tableau, Power BI, and Teradata.
• Perform trend analyses, forecasting, root-cause investigations, and ensure accuracy of reporting methodologies.
