Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is hiring a Senior Analytics & Reporting Analyst to support Medicare Stars performance across contracts. You will design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and analytics using Tableau, Power BI, and Teradata, delivering actionable insights and monitoring measures.

The role requires SQL, SAS and/or Teradata experience, plus strong data analysis skills and the ability to work on multiple projects remotely across the continental US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 2 year experience in data analysis and information reporting data OR 4 year experience in data analysis and information reporting data.
• Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures to solve routine or basic problems.
• Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
• Solve complex problems with guidance.
• Produce data sets and reports for analysis using SQL, Excel or other reporting tools.
• Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights.
• Knowledge of SQL, SAS and/or Teradata or other reporting tools / languages.
• Work with both internal and external data
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals.
• Learn needed skills by performing assigned work

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytical solutions for Medicare Stars performance across contracts.
• Design and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical tools using Tableau, Power BI, and Teradata.
• Conduct detailed performance analyses, trend identification, forecasting, and root-cause investigations.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of reporting methodologies and data sources.
