Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field.
• 5 years of data analysis experience.
• Experience working in complex data environments with large data sets and actionable insights.
• Advanced SQL expertise with complex query development and SSIS ETL tools.
• Strong Tableau and data visualization capabilities including dashboards and reporting automation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and CMS Star Ratings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to define business requirements for reporting and analysis.
• Analyze CMS Stars data (HOS, CAHPS, HEDIS, Pharmacy measures).
• Perform statistical analysis, benchmarking, and quality rating forecasting.
• Program evaluation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements in Star performance.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data extracts.
