Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Senior STARS Consultant to support Medicare and Star Ratings initiatives in a remote capacity. You will bridge the Intake and operations teams, review scope, and guide delivery across medium-complexity projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5 years in healthcare or health insurance, Medicare experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with senior leaders. This remote position offers exposure to quality improvement and dashboard-driven performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between the Intake team and operations, supporting Medicare and Star Ratings initiatives.
• Review project scope and support delivery through the full lifecycle.
• Manage production and system change requests to deliver enterprise initiatives.
• Communicate changes, enhancements, and operational updates to impacted business units for successful implementation.
